Rise and Shine!

Yoga classes now available for Aqua Soleil Hotel guests every Saturday morning at 9am free of charge.

The daily yoga classes will consist of classic Hatha postures with potential for varying (Vinyasa Flow) asanas all designed to energize, rejuvenate and even trim up the waist line.

Yoga classes are hosted by Scott Schroeder of Diaita Yoga.
