All apartments are recently renovated and feature kitchens with full-sized appliances, comfortable beds, air conditioning, flatscreen TVs, free wi-fi and beautiful views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
Our apartment properties are located in Desert Hot Springs, CA and are approximately 13 miles/24 minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. Many of our guests appreciate the central location between Joshua Tree National Park to the North and other Coachella Valley cities to the South.

Chez Jardin #1 and #2 are sizeable 2 bedroom, fully furnished apartments. #1 has two full bathrooms and #2 has one full bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, flatware and basic spices for cooking. Parking for this apartment is included and is off-street (in a driveway). In the living room is a huge 55″ flatscreen smart TV ready to receive streamed content from your streaming accounts. The unit also includes free wi-fi, central air conditioning and heat controlled by a Nest thermostat over which you have full control. There is a large courtyard area in front of the unit with outdoor seating. Access to the unit is secure from the driveway through a locked gate. Chez Soleil #2 and #3 are nearly identical to one another and are 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartments with a king-sized bed and a pull-out futon in the living room that will sleep two. They contain a kitchen with full-sized appliances, air conditioning, large flat screen TV in the living room and free wifi. Chez Soleil #2 and #3 can accommodate up to 4 people each comfortably.
